Welcome to the legal contract for the Legal Studies Minor program at UC Santa Cruz. This contract outlines the terms and conditions of enrollment in the program and the responsibilities of both the student and the university.

Parties This agreement is entered into between the University of California, Santa Cruz, hereinafter referred to as the “University,” and the student enrolled in the Legal Studies Minor program, hereinafter referred to as the “Student.”
Enrollment The University agrees to provide the necessary courses and resources for the completion of the Legal Studies Minor program. The Student agrees to fulfill all the requirements of the program as outlined by the University and the Legal Studies Minor department.
Responsibilities The University is responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the Legal Studies Minor program. The Student is responsible for adhering to the academic and behavioral standards set forth by the University and the Legal Studies Minor department.
Termination Either party may terminate this agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination shall be effective upon written notice to the breaching party.
